Congleton Venue Change!!

Sadly due to circumstanced beyond our control we are now unable to use Congleton Town Hall for our dance class. We have had to relocate to Astbury village hall, which is only a short distance away.

This change will take effect immediately (12 / 7 / 2010). I understand that some dancers dance at other venues across the week and that some people may have work commitments on other nights in the week and may not be able to make it on Monday nights.

Myself and the team have tried very hard to find a replacement venue on a Wednesday unfortunately to no avail.

BUT IT’S NOT ALL BAD NEWS !!

The new home of Leroc Congleton has a fantastic dance floor that was totally renovated only 12 months ago, Myself and Karen could not stop grinning when we went to see it J. It also has the benefit of a spacious car park onsite and a separate room for our refresher class.

After asking people at the class what they want, we are also supplying our own ‘soft drink bar’ in order to regulate the price if soft drinks (bar prices was one of our most common complaints about Congleton town hall next to the state of the dance floor)

People wishing to drink alcohol are welcome to bring drinks from home, however we are unable to supply them due to licensing laws.
